Wouldn't it be cool if this was matrix binary :P
You could change the MC graphic inside the tween to some green numbers even, would look cool.
But as for the rain, SuperBastard is right lol either that or you just have the math random speed variables way too low for minimum.

[Bill's birthday problem]

Wow, this was so random it actually made me smile, its ok, needs improvement though, more FPS and animation most likely, and more graphical attention to detail.
You need to learn layers too, it looks like you keep pasting the same floor graphic in on each frame manually, unless that's how it was supposed to look?, never the less no points on/off for it, remains the same.

It's actually easier to copy frame by frame, but I didn't do copy to place and doing it now would completely ruin it. Sorry about that!

The graphical style is ok, I like it, audio was great, perhaps perfect, and if it wasn't for the length this might have gotten a higher score, but I do highly suggest before reviewing or voting you visit the site and go to the YouTube channel, offers a lot more videos with longer animations.

[Sonic Fails]

Great

Got a laugh out of me, and you didn't know ANYTHING?, wow, you definitely have high potential in Animation, most first/test/beginning flash movies/games look absolute crap, graphics all fucked up and usually no attention to detail what so ever, but not this, good start off, keep up the good work, the only problem I had with this was length, I know its a short animation, but you should perhaps do a series of funny accidents/deaths, it usually gets a lot of attention if you have a collection of these.

There was definitely some humour in this, but I didn't pick up much on it, sorry but it seemed a little...pointless, it was maybe the sponge bob pictures, I'm a fan of random stuff like this, but I'm not quite sure this one worked as well.
You can't win them all I suppose.

[The Bomb Squad Christmas]

Great

I thought this would be really bad, and I was half right, the sound quality i could live with, the graphics I cannot, for that reason this missed an 8/10 or higher, but it did make me laugh a few times, and I could strangely see this get really popular, I'm not sure why, but it was a wacky idea that has caught my attention :)

You should make another with better graphics, and if you do you should inform me, i thought the atmosphere of this movie was quite good, not to mention some perfect animation on the vocals at times.
