Superb

I like it, at first I was wondering whether the new sounds would be better or worse fitted into my game, or indeed just as a remake of your song, however after a few listens I concluded they would be probably more suitable for my game, as it is set in the future, and the newer sounds that recreate this song seem to do that justice somewhat.

However, there is a draw back, hence another 8, it would get 10 if perfect, and I still hear two flaws.
The opening sequence from 0-15 could sound a lot more atmospheric if more re-verb was added, to draw a music picture of some open wasteland or sprawling desolate place, I can hear slight re-verb, but I suspect not quite enough, although if you do add more don't add too much so it overlaps, it just needs a little.
Now the main heart of the song for me starts at 16, and there is nothing wrong with this, and the new sound at 33 fits also, however you still feel the need to add something after so long into the song, and this ruining factor starts at 48, take this sound out and it will be fine just looping what it does from 33, honestly.
However at 1:04 a new sound comes in playing every 2-3 seconds that would fit quite well with what is there already from 33, so maybe add that at 48 instead of the other sound?
There is also a mellow wind/howl effect nearing the end, this is good, at some point in the song it should dip like this and go mellow, playing the wind sound, it is good, sets a very empty and alone atmosphere.

If you didn't understand what the hell I were talking about or just can't be bothered to remake again in general for my picky preferences don't worry :P just send a PM telling me to piss off or something lolol
I appreciate you trying, and hope you try once more, you nearly have exactly what I'm looking for :)

Blangonga responds:

ok i'll give it another try soon

LEGENDARY!!! - Gold Rank

Amazing, and indeed Legendary!, its rare I give a 10/10, it has to be very good.
For what this song is, its perfect, I cannot hear any flaws, glitches, or anything that shouldn't be in there, I really cannot provide constructive feedback other than its Legendary :P

I am also interested in using this song as the main theme to an upcoming Flash of mine, will be only a small minigame, but my first seriously attempted Flash game, do you grant permission for me to use this? full credit will be given :)

5/5 Gold Rank

GameBalance responds:

yes. I you can use this in the project ^_^
thanks for this nice compliment :D

Superb

Just beautiful, it reminds me of a wasteland, like an after the end of the world scene back on Earth.
As Flash Designer however, I can't help wondering what a remade version using only sounds from the first 31 seconds would sound like but built upon, for this would indeed be a lot more subtle and fit one of my projects.
But really this song is fine on its own for listening to, and you will be probably too busy to make a new version for me to hear.

However in case you change your mind, you can PM me for my email :)
This song is great and relaxing also, nice job.

Blangonga responds:

well this was just a test, if you want I can make a remake. Just Ask

Awesome!!

Music to my ears!, its nice to find good music these days, ambient songs are usually poorly made and often rushed, but this is none of them, perfectly presented and constructed I see real talent in this, I will checking your other stuff for more masterpieces like this, good job.

Thanks Gallex!!!

Good

Miscellaneous songs are always interesting, and I highly recommend a second listen to anyone who is listening or has listened already, as the actually melody does get quite catchy :P
I can't think of any way to make this better, but its not the best thing I've heard either, but its certainly good.

cool thanks mon

Great

lol funny little story you got there, but I just kept seeing some sort of untouchable end boss in a really hard game.
This song feels very epic, and would have gotten an 8/10 if it had not been for the new sound at 0:51 also known as the synth, I felt a much more old style battle arena kind of feel whilst listening to it, I didn't get a techno/futuristic feel from it at all, which is what - I felt - this synth pushed, but then again this is just personal preference.

mrpibbs1 responds:

Yes I kind of agree that maybe that synth wasn't the best idea for the song.
Thanks for the review

Awesome!!

I have to admit it seems weird to give a song a 9, I'm a picky perfectionist with lots of feedback to give usually, but this is just so perfect, I listened to the demo, and have been waiting for the full version, your understanding of builds are incredible, and this song holds so much atmosphere that can be applied to so many things.

Thank You So Much!

Good!

6 Isn't bad, its above fair, and I actually have some feedback for you, unlike some people.
Its a very 'on the edge' kind of song, as in holds suspense to something happening, but there was something missing at the end, I'm not quite sure what, but it shouldn't end in silence, perhaps a climax, or the drums all the way through, not sure myself, but it should have something else in there, but not too big.

Hades responds:

Hm, as for the end, I was planning on ending it like this probably from the moment I started making it. I find that this ending adds a whole lot of tension and creepiness to it, so I like it this way. Thanks a lot for your input, means a lot!
