[Bill's birthday problem]

Mediocre

Wow, this was so random it actually made me smile, its ok, needs improvement though, more FPS and animation most likely, and more graphical attention to detail.
You need to learn layers too, it looks like you keep pasting the same floor graphic in on each frame manually, unless that's how it was supposed to look?, never the less no points on/off for it, remains the same.

It's actually easier to copy frame by frame, but I didn't do copy to place and doing it now would completely ruin it. Sorry about that!

The graphical style is ok, I like it, audio was great, perhaps perfect, and if it wasn't for the length this might have gotten a higher score, but I do highly suggest before reviewing or voting you visit the site and go to the YouTube channel, offers a lot more videos with longer animations.
Good work, but this review only counts for the one you submitted.

Epic Fail

I've got to be honest, that was awful, I'm going to Review 1 for effort, but the problem was it just didn't flaw nicely, it seemed to be taking forever, this could be the fact it had no Preloader, but even viewing it back seems fairly bad.

The picture scenes were true to my friend's original depiction of Steve. He use to edit him onto a random picture in some strange situation, and I thought it'd be good to animate some of them.

Hmmmm...

As in an honest review, it needs more animation, that went on for 17 seconds (or around that), I give it 6 just for the pure drawing done in this movie.
