For Flash Submissions:
I'm a picky perfectionist when it comes to Flash Submissions (as well as music) but what really annoys me is the Right Click menu, which shows timeline controls, such as Forward, Rewind, and Back, which can glitch up a Flash badly, to avoid this, please please just drop this line of code on the first frame:

Stage.showMenu = false

For Audio Submissions:
As mentioned I'm a picky perfectionist with Flash Submissions, but I feel the same way with Music, when it is put under the wrong category or has poor quality or endings, it can lose a lot of points in my mind, so make sure all of these are sorted if you want more attention to your submissions, because others will notice your effort too.
